AI that ships inside your health plan, not a rip-and-replace.
We embed, find the one constraint throttling your operations, and deploy AI against it inside your existing systems and security boundary. HIPAA-aware, BAA in place, no PHI handled.
Most AI consulting sells you a tool and leaves. We run the engagement like a transformation.
Health plans are being squeezed from three directions at once: administrative cost, throughput expectations, and a workforce that's harder to hire and keep. AI is the first technology in a generation that moves all three, but only when it's deployed against the right problem, inside the systems you already run.
Our approach: locate the binding constraint with Theory of Constraints, map where AI creates real leverage against it, deploy against the highest impact-to-effort target inside your systems, then run ADKAR change management so it sticks. We apply this discipline where the stakes and the rules are highest: regulated healthcare payers.
Five steps. Momentum in weeks, not quarters.
Every engagement runs the same discipline, because the failure mode of AI projects is rarely the technology. It's picking the wrong problem, or leaving before the change holds.

01 / ASSESS
Find the binding constraint
Theory of Constraints bottleneck analysis. We map how work actually moves through your operation and find the one constraint that throttles everything downstream. Fixing anything else is optics.
-
02 / MAP
Map AI capability to the constraint
Where does AI create real leverage against that constraint, and where is it just a demo that won't survive contact with your workflows? We separate the two before anything gets built.
-
03 / PRIORITIZE
Pick the use cases that return first
Impact-vs-effort prioritization. From the full map, we select the two or three use cases with the fastest, most defensible return, then sequence the rest for later.
-
04 / IMPLEMENT
Build and deploy inside your systems
No rip-and-replace, no platform migration. We build inside your existing systems and security boundary, with your IT and compliance teams in the room.
-
05 / SUSTAIN
Make it stick after we leave
ADKAR change management and team enablement. The deployment isn't done when the software works. It's done when your people run it without us.
How we engage
Every engagement is scoped and priced before it starts. Most begin with the AI Opportunity Audit; some begin with a constraint you've already found.
AI Opportunity Audit
A structured pass through your operation: constraint analysis, AI capability mapping, and a prioritized opportunity list with impact-vs-effort scoring. The foundation for everything else.
90-Day Roadmap
The audit turned into a sequenced plan: which use cases, in what order, with what resources, and what each one returns. Built to survive your budget committee.
Implementation & Deployment
We build and ship the prioritized workflows inside your systems, working with your IT, security, and compliance teams rather than around them.
Enablement & Training
ADKAR-based change management, role-specific training, and internal champions, so adoption outlasts the engagement.
Governance Advisory
AI policy, human-in-the-loop design, and audit-trail practices for organizations deploying AI in regulated environments.
Built for healthcare from day one
Most AI consultancies discover healthcare compliance after they've signed you. We designed for it before we opened.
No PHI handled, by policy
We do not take protected health information into our systems, our email, or our tools. Work involving PHI happens inside your environment, under your controls.
HIPAA-aware posture, BAA in place
Our own infrastructure runs under a Business Associate Agreement as an added layer of assurance, even though our policy keeps PHI out entirely.
Your security boundary, not ours
Deployments live inside your systems, your data residency, and your access controls. Nothing routes through GGT infrastructure.
Human-in-the-loop on judgment calls
AI drafts, routes, and accelerates; people decide. Audit trails on automated steps, and a person accountable for every consequential decision. For anything touching utilization management, we follow CMS guidance: AI assists, clinicians decide.
Who we serve
Healthcare payers and the organizations around them
Primary: Managed Care Plans and health plans. Secondary: CalAIM organizations and healthcare service providers. We speak payer operations without a translation layer: utilization management, claims, authorizations, member services, provider data.
Beyond healthcare
The method is industry-agnostic: constraints, AI capability mapping, and change management apply anywhere. We lead with healthcare because if an approach holds up under HIPAA and payer complexity, it holds up anywhere. Operating in a regulated industry with a transformation problem? Let's talk.
Who's behind GGT
GGT Solutions is an AI implementation consultancy within a healthcare-focused operating portfolio. We come from running healthcare operations, not from selling software. That's why the method starts with your constraint, not our product.

Questions healthcare buyers ask
What does an engagement look like?
It starts with a working session: a real conversation about your operation, not a pitch. If there's a fit, most engagements begin with the AI Opportunity Audit, which produces the constraint analysis and prioritized opportunity list. From there, engagements are scoped phase by phase.
How long until we see results?
The audit takes weeks, not months. First deployed workflows typically follow within 90 days, because we prioritize by impact-vs-effort and build inside your existing systems, with no procurement cycle for a new platform.
Do you handle PHI?
No, by policy. PHI never enters GGT systems, email, or tools. Where an engagement touches PHI-bearing workflows, the work happens inside your environment under your access controls, and we keep a BAA on our own infrastructure as an added layer of protection.
Do we have to migrate systems or replace our platform?
No. The method is explicitly anti rip-and-replace. We deploy against your constraint inside the systems you already run. If a tool change is warranted, it shows up in the roadmap with the case for it. It's never the starting assumption.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed-scope pricing for the audit and roadmap; implementation is scoped per phase once the roadmap exists. You always know what a phase costs before it starts.
How much of our team's time does this take?
The audit needs hours from your operators, not weeks: structured interviews and workflow walkthroughs. During implementation, we ask for a working-group cadence and a decision-maker who can unblock. We're designed to add capacity, not consume it.
Book a working session
One conversation about your operation and where AI actually fits. No deck, no pitch. Bring the problem that won't move.
